Not a brand new laptop
It's not a brand new Laptop. It's more like foreign used packaged as a brand new. Battery stops charging at 98% because it's a used laptop. I strongly do not recommend.

The laptop is good
The adapter is faulty so I think it's a fault from the manufacturer
