It works just as expected. The defrosting function makes life easier as I don't have to wait for hours for food items to defrost anymore. The only glitch is I ordered white and black was delivered. Other than that, I recommend buying based on my personal experience.

It usually fails and I fear it may malfunction and cause harm.
After a week of purchase it is not working again I try using it all function is indicating that it is working but my food is not heating up
