Poor food heating
The microwave is not heating food properly. I put water inside and set time to 3 minutes with a power level high P100 but the water didn't get hot at all. Since I got the package today is the first day I tried using it because I was around after the day I picked the package last month. Please what could be the problem? Or how do I return it since it's still under 1year warranty.
