Nah this product works so fine... I ordered it for my aunt. She rarely uses it though, but when we tested it, it made a whole plate of rice steaming hot in just under 2 minutes... That's crazy work. It also looks sleek in the kitchen. It's perfect. Don't contemplate on this one.
Been using it for a few months and it’s been working well but if your voltage is below 190, you need to use a stabilizer or else it won’t heat your meals.
Works perfectly
Bought as a gift, the recipient has not complained
Would have gone a 22 or 23 litres if there's anything like that cos i would have preferred it bigger other than that its doing its purpose.
It has been working perfectly since I got it. No complaints so far
It is beautiful, you manually turn the dial, easy to use. I use it daily and satisfied with its performance.
