It came in excellent conditions, with warranty documents and manuals. A little hitch with the locking mechanism, as the key didn't match the lock. However, that is not an issue for me as I do not intend to lock the freezer. The super freeze feature is fantastic, getting the freezer to a frosty state in about an hour. Also, the retention period is very good... Still observing after two (2) weeks though.

Not what i expected.
Working perfectly fine but the body is very fragile. Low current doesn't carry it. Light has to be full voltage before it works. Thirdly the coldness doesn't last longer than a day once they take light. I regret buying it though. ????
