With a Load of between 150W - 240W I get about 8 hrs of backup. (100% - 5%). it takes around 2hrs 10 minutes to charge from 5% to 100% which is amazing and faster than the smaller hero EE1 which takes up to 1 hour to charge. over all a good product. quite heavy but that's expected. and the product is well built and sturdy
