Very much below my expectations

Fan charges fully and yet won't work after being charged except it is attached with the solar panel wire. while charging with electricity, it still blows very weak air how is it "rechargeable" when i can't use it without plugging to an outlet while fully charged ?

No indicator on the body to show when it's charging and when the batter is full. Also the solar panel has not been able to charge the fan since I bought it. I Have been charging with light which is off my expectations/reason I bought it. Aside that the fan works perfectly ????

A good product for its price
