It's good but I broke it by mistake and am ordering another .... I'll have rated it 5star but for the vacuum pump(ball ) whatever... It's good but the enlargement doesn't seem permanent.. perhaps a persistent use... My member got sooo big that I got scared but am used to it now..... When I use it, my "family" becomes three times it size.... Infact I love it but am not giving u five stars
