What I love the most is that its sound doesn't alert or disturb the neighbourhood. It snoozes quietly. However do not try to cook more than 4cups of beans in it because of its water and pressure capacity. The cook time is about 20-30 minutes; just stay close and let your nose do the judging so your food doesn't burn.
