I give this rating because the battery is very bad. Once you turn on the RGB lights expect it to play for just 15-20 mins before requesting a charge again. Its sound is also great but not noise cancellation and it disturbs people around you if you are in a very quiet room. Overall its trash.
The overall features of the headset are great, but the battery runs down quick with the lights on
Battery dies once it reaches 70% and with certain sounds, it plays a grainy tune along with it.
It's good and last when the lights is off

The bass
Battery goes from 100% to 90% just playing one song and goes off within 10 minutes

After 1 week of use, i can say all the positive reviews are true. 8 hours of use Without the Lights. Sound Is ok. Fitting to Ear is ok. Connection is Good. Charging (with 12w charger) is one hour. But you start getting Low battery warnings from 30%.
The battery lasts for an hour or less at normal volume, too bad
