There's supposed to be a support to be inserted into the pump to help in getting the nipple properly into the hole for extraction. Because people have different sizes of nipples. Had to buy that nipple holder separately

You have to be super careful or all the milk spills, it doesn’t pump full because of the design, doesn’t get all the milk.
Everything is fine except battery capacity. Runs out fast. Not the fault of the seller, but the manufacturer.
