Used Grill

I was sent a used Grill with wear and tear all over it. I am livid as my money is stuck till it gets picked up and processed. I have had to order from another seller and I am praying that it’s really a new grill and I do not have to go through he stress a second time. This happens again and I will stick to walking into stores. Jumia should protect buyers from sellers and give us a chance to check what we are buying before paying for it and in cases like this th seller should bear whatever cost comes with the return. I am so mad.
