Bad Product
The product is not working at all. It's doesn't straighten very well and it does not last. Even after charging it and leaving it for days, the battery level will be low by the time you want to use it. I regret buying this product, and I would like some form of compensation; at least 50 percent refund. I had to squeeze out money that I didn't really have to buy the product, only to be highly disappointed. I'm missed as hell!
