Disappointed!!!!
I bought this item a few weeks ago and never got to use it.I was unable to fill the bottle with water after opening the lid because it was stuck inside.I tried all I could to open it up enough to get water in,no luck .I just discarded it .Complete waste of money .

Heat doesn't last
Even though the rubber is big and thick, the heat doesn't last at all. Almost boiling water & in less than an hour you can press the bottle directly on your skin because the heat is gone. I regret buying this :(
