I will always rate it 5 star, been using for two years now and will always rate it , we might have the same product and it won't work for you if you don't know how to use it ,always use after taking a bath or cleansing your face with a cleanser or face scrub or wash,and don't let the tip touch any surface just remove it from the bottle and do some drops on your palm and apply directly to face to avoid bacterias ,but if the stuff is touching your face or any surface and I use it,it always gives me a different feel and result.
