The derma suction works really well and it made my skin really smooth,but I'll advice to steam your face with a face steamer or you could place your face over a bowl of hot water and cover up with a towel and then try applying some aloe vera gel or soft face oil before using the derma suction And then the 5 in 1 face massage/wash combo machine is also really good it cleanses the face really well too but try rinsing your face with water and applying your face wash unto the brush before using it'll be effective that way
