They are just as expected
They are 2 pairs (4 pieces) of foam ear plugs. I cut them in halves (you don’t have to do this, but halving them makes them fit better), squeeze them into my ears, then use a matchstick (the head part) to adjust them for proper fit. These ear plugs are great for noise reduction when fitted properly.
