It's called a HOT COMB, so why it is not getting warm? No way to increase temperature. It only gets warm and can't straighten any hair. This was a waste of my money and I want refund. Such terrible product. What's in the picture above it not what was sent, the picture above is NOVA STYLING COMB with three red lights for temperature regulation, but what was brought is PENGCHANT STYLING COMB, with only one green light. This comb doesn't even get hot. Please refund my money
