My yoga and pilates had never been so yoga yogaing and pilating. One thing I noticed, though. Cut your darn toe nails, or else it will cut some parts off. And oh yes, do you know it's biodegradable (well, that's what the paper it came with said), meaning it's will break down over time and not end in a landfill or possibly at the sea and slowly decomposes our lovely planet.
