Neutral, not for my skin type.

It is ok. I bought it and started using towards/during the dry season and my skin is dry and sensitive. I am thinking I should have bought and used it in the rainy season. In my opinion the product is ok/good but not for very dry skin like mine, in harmattan season. ????
