It's a nice product, nice and silky (though not entirely what I was expecting personally in terms of hair texture and thickness). That said, it came with actual hair clips which I'm grateful for! Other products I ordered previously only had the claims, but no actual clips to prevent the bun from falling off. It also comes with an adjustable rope, a protective hair net and instructions to help you maintain the bun.
