I used it on my daughter's natural hair, but it didn't. I cut and combed out the hair in small parts, it still didn't work. To think i followed some reviews here to buy it and it even got damaged while using it.???? I don't recommend for natural hair, except for weavons

It wasn't what I expected.
It can not comb through the hair on its own. You have to literally follow the instructions to hold the tip of the hair on one hand and comb through to have a bit of a straightening effect.
