It's everything I need to get back in shape.

Very easy to put together and quite hefty, although I would have to say that it is more accurately 18kg than 20kg but the difference isn't that much and due to it's set up, you can remove weights from one handle and pile on the other. The price is too fo these weights? Amazing! An absolute awoof! If you need to get back on your fitness journey, specifically your strengthening journey, then what are you waiting for? Get these now that they are relatively cheap and burn that fat!
