Size is small

That's the catch here. Don't buy if you're above 90kgs or wide. Imagine balancing on a square tile floor. The App sync is good and as far as weight reading accuracy goes it's okay. Just small size. Like uncomfortably small. Wide hips or big laps stay away. Put some extra cash and buy elsewhere. This was made for skinny Chinese people, it's like buying 4xl China shirts but once you see it it's for L size Nigerians.
