The pad was easy to set up and appears exactly as seen in the photo. It has no buttons to control It, so make sure your remote is never misplaced or spoilt. It doesn't have any Bluetooth function though that's why I'm not giving it 5stars

The hand rail gives electric shock when I mistakenly touch it. How am I supposed to hold it whenever I am about to trip? This means the hand rail is not useful for me and this is dangerous. The seller should please send me an email to put me through maybe I'm doing something wrong.
