Not bad, but weak
The resistance bands are good, but they are very weak. The fastenings always break open, and it’s very difficult to fix. I don’t want to use something not even knowing when it would just loosen, as it could lead to injuries. Kindly fix this or get new brands. Overall, the band is serving its purpose but it’s weak. Also, the arm holders for the bands are substandard. It always goes loose the moment there is the slightest resistance. That already goes against the purpose of the product. Overall rating: 4/10
