I could sit on my for a longer time now because this product is really helping a lot. However, the lower one for the back region does not come with any seat strap like the upper one used for the neck region. But it is still very ok.

it gives me very good support but the seat portion has no strap to hold it to the chair, I had to sew mine on so it'd stop falling off..only the headrest comes with a strap
