Description of product is false
So this doesn't fit the description that was stated. Firstly, the rope is short and would most likely work for a child or a person below 5 feet. Secondly, the counter part is not there like it shows in the picture. It is just a skipping rope for a child. Kindly stay off buying from this vendor.

Rope Too Short
Considering that there's a way to increase or decrease the rope length on the handles, I believe it should've come with a longer rope so that the buyer adjusts the length as they see fit.
