The product is exactly as described here. The high speed is very powerful with 5 massage vibrating balls. A superb buy for me. I advice you to buy this. You can use it while lying down. The only downside is that it does not come with inbuilt battery. But I think a battery will not be able to power it strongly like when it's plugged directly to light. Also it does not come with remote control, the control is on the body. Still, it is very perfect.
