I would recommend it. Though the plates have slightly uneven weights (I checked on a scale) and the total weight is about 18.5-ish kg {found out most cast iron weights are like that ????} , it's still a great buy! ???????? PS: If you switch weights from one hand to the other between reps, it'll work just fine
