After buying the product, I can say I love it for the following reasons: 1. Great Packaging and the band's are excellent quality. 2. The bands have different resistance levels to accommodate both beginners and experts. 3. They are tough and still gentle on the skin and also don't slip easily. 4. It came with a detailed set of instructions on how to use for different exercises. 5. Nice little net bag to carry them around easily. Now I don't need a gym, I can work out anywhere.
