It will hold your phone just fine, but it is not big enough to hold the case of ear pods and keys. The water bottle pouch does not work as intended. The weight of the water will make you very uncomfortable. I think the water bottle pouch should be converted into a small pouch that can hold keys, money and earpod case. The material used is ok for the price tag. Overall, my only issue is that it is not big enough to hold the 3 essential things all at once - Phone - Ear pod case; and - keys
