Great bands

They work perfectly. You'd feel the burn no matter the workout you use it for but I found the green, blue and yellow bands to be a little too light for my preference so I just stick with the red and black or mix it up by using the light bands along with the red or black for more of a challenge. They're latex so obv there's the one problem of the bands bunching up or rolling up during a workout so you'd have to keep adjusting them. Other than that it's a pretty great buy. Very versatile in workouts and I've had it for up to five months now and they still work perfectly.
