Disappointed
I bought this wheelchair for my Dad who is a stroke patient. It turns out that the product is very fragile as 1) the pneumatic tyre has worn out leaving only the wheel, 2) the jack that was supposed to control the back rest is no longer functional, 3) most of the nuts & bolts on the product have fallen off. 4) the product came without any guide to its use or assembly. I honestly regret buying this product!
