So if you are getting this, please note it is not the original blue ray glasses. I would be going to my eye doctor to get one. Yes, it diffuses the blue light, let's say it is like the eye care mode effect. I am a designer so the eye care mode effect is not good for my work since I work with colour and any effect can affect the colours I work with. But it is good when watching videos and all.
