The power pack does not function properly

The only time the power pack functions properly is with the connections of the inflator or jumpstart terminals. The flashlights came on once, after which it hasn’t come on again. Using it as a power bank will leave you frustrated. The phone I am using to send this feedback is currently at 16%, with the power pack beside me I cannot charge the phone. On some occasions, it starts charging and stops as soon as the indicator lights goes off. Generally speaking, the power pack is malfunctioning and does not provide value for the money spent.
