Mic quality reduced

The first defect o noticed after purchasing was the charging. Whenever I plug it to charge, the red light comes on to indicate it is charging but goes off after few minutes. I assumed it was fully charged only for me to plug it in immediately and see that the red light comes on again and goes off after few minutes. When I noticed this, i overlooked it thinking it was a minor issue. But now, just few weeks after purchase, I noticed that the mic sound is now very low compared to what it was initially. Like I’m so surprised and disappointed. I’m not happy at all
