plastic part cant handle the heat

The plastic part that the soldering iron screws into to cannot handle the heat of the soldering iron causing it to bend while soldering. This is not ideal at all as it can lead to expensive mistakes and burns on components and oneself. Please fix this as soon as possible and avoid selling such faulty products. Thank you.
