Product stopped working properly after few weeks

Bought this product twice for my house and it never lasted. The first one worked for about 6 months and stopped showing both video and voice calls. I bought the second one ,exactly the same as the first one, it worked for a couple of weeks and the video images disappeared but the voice only.
