This tape almost CANNOT be RE-USED, peeling off is very different which makes it almost impossible to use again after first use. Washable??? I don't think so, taking it off a surface is a problem, how then can one wash it. However, this tape is effective for a ONCE-use (permanent or long term use). Pretty good on shiny surfaces, NOT good for walls with water or emulsion paints, might be effective for wall with oil paints however.
