Faulty Design

I really don't care how u improve it,.im just stating my displeasure at it. The opening has to be literally forced n held open for water to be poured inside. and it only accommodates like 30cl of water, I don't understand was it made for mice? Cuz what kind of water bottle only takes 30cl of hot water?
