It's a fake product a d not from the original manufacturer, not active as it supposed to, this items didn't function and operate as stated in the description If item is purchased online, I think it supposed not to be fake but some sellers take advantage of online purchase/non physical verification purchase items and sells rubbish ,I know that some selfish interest sellers will not charge
