Sturdy
It is strong and durable. Material used are okay too. It had a tendency to buckle towards the other end of the lever without the arm. I think it shouldn't be used beyond a 40" screen TV.

Not durable
It's not practical at all. Once you mount a TV it tilts lower. The TV becomes slanted. Not durable.
