Bad material choice
It’s a good product for what it’s intended for however I find it ridiculous that the material selected for the handle is plastic. This melted half way after first usage and posed a risk in lifting hot oil from the pot. If you are buying this product I would advice you do not use the handle in lifting the pot after use without a proper assessment of its current condition, you can hurt yourself.
