Incomplete delivery of Cooking pots with spoons and fry pan

The fry pan inside the package has no handle. And when I requested for the handle to be sent along, I was told it cannot be sent. That I should return it while my refund would be processed. Am skeptical to return the item coz I don't know what it would result to since some deductions would be made. Let me just figure out the way to use fry pan without handle. It's crazy mehn!
