Missing bolts and terrible delivery person
The overall build quality is ok but several bolts were missing in the box so the rack can't be bolted completely on both sides so that it is stable. If all the bolts were included, it would be a good buy. The delivery person for this item failed to call or answer my own calls even after I was notified that he was delivering the package so I didn't recieve it on the designated delivery day. When he finally showed up, he didn't deliver to my address but made me meet him somewhere else without apology.
