Just what I wanted
Lovely product. Firm and comfortable. The adjustment lever works fine and it wasn't too difficult to set up, I followed the manual. Suits what I purchased it for.

Firm and comfortable
This was great!! I love the quality and the balance to it... only issue I had was assembling it. The manual doesn't help much, but I had a good friend around so it was a team work lol. Loved the chair overall. Great stuff.
