I was able to use the engine, but not the hands
Kai! The hands are so short. They won't size a regular 12inch (30cm) clock. Maybe, this product is meant for a small table clock. The engine was the regular size but the second hand mechanism is so long, that it may be too long for clocks that have their fronts covered with glass. But if the clock has no facial cover, then it's ok, regardless of how thick the face is. Anyway, I was able to just adapt it to a 40cm clock. And I know I will struggle to get the clock to hang properly on the wall.
