Not that it would not do its job o, but it should have been silicone instead of plastic (maybe they made it plastic cos it would be near fire and they dont want it to have a high chance of melting sha). Also, to plug it in the cooker knobs, being plastic doesnt make that easy; it would have been easier to fit on the knobs being silicone; being plastic, you'd have to cut a part of the covers so they can enter the knobs, or find a way to loose the knobs and wear them the covers. Either way, it would have been better in silicone.
