Works well but it is on a smaller scale, would also not close when slice bread was put in it. I had to hold the upper and lower part together with my hand, I was praying electric should not shock me while at it. Even the lid that holds both together went off too. Overall, it is not as big as I expected, but it does the work perfectly. But try to have small muscle because you will need it in holding down the lids to toast just bread. I am cooked!
